Although Danny’s committed to his work, his family is what’s most important. He grew up in Miami, in a loving home with his parents and two brothers. He now has a family of his own and is married to his high school sweetheart, Aury. Together, they are the proud parents of three lively, beautiful girls – Danielle, Katherine & Emma.
Danny’s education has had an important influence on him. After earning a Bachelors degree in Sports Management from Florida International University, Danny went on to The Florida State University where he earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration with a Specialty in Human Resource Development. He then put that education to use as a student affairs administrator at the University of Miami.
Danny’s commitment to the profession and his belief that we must be committed to being a life long learner means that in addition to the required education for licensing, Danny regularly attends numerous courses, seminars and conventions to keep up-to-date on current real estate trends and information. Danny is currently working towards earning the prestigious national designations of a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). Danny has already successfully completed the Realtor e-PRO certification course, joining an elite group of REALTORS by earning the only technology certificate offered by the National Association of Realtors. This attitude and focus on continuous improvement helps Danny stay ahead in this very competitive field.
Since Danny could walk, he had either a baseball glove on or was swinging a bat. Danny was part of traveling teams that competed in Mexico, Venezuela, Guatemala, and Santo Domingo. Although he’s not playing baseball anymore, he thoroughly enjoys playing catch with his daughters.
Danny grew up around real estate. His father, Octavio, has been in the real estate business for over 30 years and has positioned Midtown Realty International, Inc., as one of the most trusted and well respected independent real estate firms in all of South Florida. A large part of Midtown’s business comes from the referrals from their past clients, and that’s no coincidence. Midtown was built on good ol’fashion business values: hard work, dedication, honesty, integrity, professionalism, and The Golden Rule.
Yes, it’s true! Danny lives and breathes real estate. Aury, and the girls are pretty much the only ones that can take his mind off work. Outside of selling real estate, Danny enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, scuba diving, golfing and has recently taken up paint-balling.
